How do the EZ Gift Checks Work?
Just like a check! The merchant accepting the gift checks simply endorses and deposits into their bank account, like they would any other check. The funds are drawn from the Chamber bank, through normal bank processing.
Where does someone purchase a Gift Check?
They can buy them directly from your Chamber office, your local bank, or members' business establishments; where ever you choose to distribute them.
Will I be able to customize my Gift Check?
Yes, we can imprint your check with your logo, slogan or any other information you like. Black imprint is free! We can also fully customize the check size and design - just ask for details.
Do I need to set up a separate bank account?
No, you can use an existing account. But if tracking the checks easily is important to you, we recommend a separate account.
How does purchasing EZ Gift Check's help promote members' businesses?
EZ Gift Checks encourage people to shop locally and shift more dollars to locally owned, independent businesses. The character of your community is preserved.
How do we promote our EZ Gift Checks?
Each order comes with a FREE promotional kit, including signs and a door decal.
In addition, there are also signs for your members to display at their stores saying they Accept EZ Gift Checks. Digital art of your check is also supplied so you can use the image in ads, on your website or for additional promotional pieces.
What size are the checks?
EZ Gift Checks are available in 2 sizes.
Large: 7 1/2 x 3 3/8
Small: 6 x 2 3/4
What colors are available?
EZ Gift Checks are available in 3 stock colors: red, blue and green.
