How do the EZ Gift Checks Work?
Just like a check! The merchant accepting the gift check simply endorses and deposits it into their bank account, like they would any other check. The funds are drawn from the Mall bank, through normal bank processing.
Where does someone purchase a Gift Check?
They can buy them directly from your Mall office or where ever you choose to distribute them.
Will I be able to customize my Gift Check?
Yes, we can imprint your check with your logo, slogan or any other information you like. Black imprint is free! We can also fully customize the check size and design - just ask for details.
Do I need to set up a separate checking account?
No, you can use an existing account. But if tracking the checks easily is important to you, we recommend a separate account.
What is so great about EZ Gift Checks?
Giving an EZ Gift Check is like giving the gift of choice. Shoppers will be more likely to purchase your Mall EZ Gift Checks knowing that their recipients will have the freedom to redeem it at many locations. EZ Gift Checks take the guess work out of gift-giving and are convenient and easy.
In addition, the EZ Gift Check System is a economical alternative to an electronic gift card system. As EZ Gift Checks take advantage of the existing banking infrastructure for checking accounts, there is no expensive equipment to buy. There are no hosting or transaction fees that would be encountered with an electronic gift card program.
How do we promote our EZ Gift Checks?
Your 1st order comes with FREE promotional materials. Two promotional kits are included for free with your 1st order. Additional kits for all your locations are sold separately. Call for details.
One kit is for the location(s) where Gift Checks are sold. It includes a custom, laminated sign (EZ Gift Checks Sold Here), a door/window decal, instructional material and digital art for additional promotional purposes.
The 2nd kit is for the location(s) where EZ Gift Checks are accepted. It includes a custom, laminated sign (EZ Gift Checks Accepted Here) and instructional material.
What size are the checks?
EZ Gift Checks are available in 2 sizes.
Large: 7 1/2 x 3 3/8
Small: 6 x 2 3/4
What colors are available?
EZ Gift Checks are available in 3 stock colors: red, blue and green. Custom colors are available as well, just ask for your specific color and we can do a quote for you.
